Firstly, we enjoy the camaraderie with all. If we had not received the welcome we did when we arrived there it just wouldn't have been the same. We feel very at home at the Vineyards. We have gotten to know some very great people thus expanding our horizon and venturing to purchase our own home at the Vineyards. We cannot wait to get back and see everyone and enjoy our recent purchase. ...

In the fall of 2010, we were invited by friends to go and spend the winter in Palm Springs. We decided to rent a Casita at The Vineyards. To our surprise, we met many people that we already knew and many more from the USA and Canada that were very enjoyable to winter with. They have become like a family to us. The privacy and smaller size of the motorcoach park were very appealing. We were so impressed that we bought a lot and look forward to spending many peaceful, fun-filled retirement years ahead of us. We spend many days relaxing and socializing at the pool or enjoying an evening in the clubhouse with friends. Taking in all the beautiful scenery on the bikes for an afternoon was also fabulous. Now that we've experienced winter life in our resort, we can't wait to go back. We would highly recommend The Vineyards to anyone for the warm climate, beautiful scenery and, best of all, all the wonderful people that we have met. ...

We would like to tell you why we choose the Vineyards for our winter home away from home. Our Casita is great for entertaining we can have a group of 12 or so out on our patio, or we can have a quiet dinner for 6 inside. At the Vineyards we have found a real sense of community, as well as life long friends. We have plenty to keep us busy shopping, off-roading in our Polaris Razor, going to the casinos for dinner or just lounging at the pool. We just love the weather and the people here at the Vineyards. Hope to meet all the new Casita home owners when we return this fall. ...

We love the warm desert temperatures, the lush green with all the tropical trees and flowers, the wonderful shopping and restaurants and the many amenities that the valley offers. The biggest seller for us was the very accessible airport, which allowed our family to come to us if needed or for us to be home to Canada in less than 24 hours. The lifestyle of The Vineyards allows us to be free to still travel and explore, but to also enjoy our resort 'Family'. We thoroughly enjoy the wonderful clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts and great social gatherings and we truly look forward to returning each year. ...

We have owned at The Vineyards since the spring of 2005. My husband loves being surrounded by the agriculture and light traffic. We both like The Vineyards because of the very nice, unpretentious people that own there. We have stayed in other resorts where the people were not friendly. We especially like the owner who takes pride in the resort. ...

We arrived at the Vineyards in October of 2011 expecting only to stay for a month or two but ended up staying the winter. It wasn't long before we realized that we had found a place that was very special and unique. We had two reasons for purchasing our piece of paradise in 2012 at the Vineyards. The friendship and commodore that was extended to us by the ownership and residents of the resort was second to none when we first arrive at the resort. Secondly the golf course. It is very challenging and will test the shot making of golfers of all abilities. ...

At the encouragement of a dear friend who is an owner at the Vineyards... we decided to see what all the excitement was about. Our first impression and it remains the same was WOW! I would have thought with a Casita everyone would stay in their mini houses and we would never see them. WRONG! The people at the Vineyards love to get together and have fun... what I like best about the Vineyards is the people. But the... extra space is a close second. And who wouldn't love living in paradise? ...
